Arta Labs
Active
Arta Labs was built on a simple observation: most people around you aren't building anything, and that shapes what feels normal. The community exists to change that environment.
It operates as an entrepreneurial co-working collective — part private community, part in-person network, part knowledge resource and part mentorship. The model centres on accountability through proximity: a group small enough that people actually know each other, combined with regular co-working sessions that make building feel like a shared endeavour rather than a solitary one.
Features built and running include:
Priority Idea Access via a connected subreddit, with reduced review requirements for members (2 instead of 4)
Private Group Chat for sharing work-in-progress, asking questions, and staying connected between sessions
Co-working Days — regular in-person sessions currently focused on London, expanding as membership grows
Mentorship — a vetted network of founders and professionals for optional 1-1 calls to clear specific hurdles
Knowledge Bank — research, playbooks, and resources on building and scaling
This is a key community project and sits within our wider UK-registered CIC (Toshakhana-i-Azaadi), set up with a focus to develop and advance the Sikh community, and by extension, all humanity. Exposing Sikhs to entrepreneurship and developing pipelines for them to progress in it is a key element of the CIC's strategy fulfilled by Arta Labs. Although, Arta Labs itself is open and welcomes both Sikhs and non-Sikhs. The idea is for this to be a secular platform that gets Sikhs outside of insular echo-chambers and receive and provide value from and for everyone. Just like we used to during the early years of Sikhi during the human Guru-period.
