Spinning Up

SinghOS.com

SinghOS started as a personal problem. Running multiple projects at once meant a constant low-level anxiety that things were slipping, ideas not captured, tasks not surfaced, no real overview of what was actually in flight. The solution I built for myself became the product.

The system works like this: a Telegram bot acts as the single capture point for everything: tasks, ideas, brain dumps, notes. Behind the scenes, an AI classification layer triages each message and routes it automatically to the right project in a purpose-built Notion workspace. Nothing falls through the cracks. Every morning, a briefing arrives in Telegram surfacing today's tasks, overdue items, and whatever is in the current sprint and backlog.

Every fortnight, a sprint review memo is generated (written in plain English, structured like an executive brief) to help plan the next two weeks and acknowledge what was actually done.

The architecture runs on an Area → Project → Task hierarchy, with all new captures landing in the backlog and sprint planning done manually on a cadence that suits the client.

It is delivered as a done-for-you service, not another app. A 30-minute discovery call establishes the client's projects and current working style. The build happens without any input required from the client. A handover call walks them through the finished workspace and bot.

Currently in beta with an initial cohort, ironing out rough edges before a wider launch. A waitlist is live here:
